Hello, Shana here from Im-Worthy.com. Coming to you with another delicious recipe. Falafel! One of my favorite go-to meals. They are a great source of vitamins, minerals, protein, and fiber. Additionally, they are a great meat replacement for vegans and vegetarians. You can eat them in pita bread with your favorite toppings or alongside rice and veggies of your choice.
